Flagging Announcements and Shareholders' Agreements

 

During the last 12 months there has not been any such changes in the ownership structure that would have triggered a disclosure obligation, i.e. the so-called flagging announcement, in accordance with Chapter 2 Section 9 of the Securities Market Act. The Company is not aware of any Shareholders' Agreements concerning the Company.
